The Life by Design Northwest workshops help you support your employees as they begin the transition from one phase of life to the next. Workshops are led by experienced instructors who take participants through a range of topics, from personal goal setting to financial planning to exploring options for volunteerism, learning, re-employment and civic engagement.

Self Discovery Workshop
Topics include:
Orientation, exploration of transitions to a new phase of life, and confirmation of the participant’s values, personality strengths and their primary interests.
Reveals a person’s basic approach to situations and their individual Dependable Strengths.
Personal health assessment and wellness approaches.
Creation of a Life Design plan in three important areas of life, such as future paid or volunteer service, family relationships and leisure activities.
Exploration of opportunities for being fully engaged in civic activities or with volunteer organizations whose mission matches the participant’s values and interests.
Length: 6 1/2 hours
Cost: 10 attendees: $245 each
20 attendees: $125 each
21+ attendees: less than $125 each
Finance Workshop
Topics include:
Orientation, exploration of transitions to a new phase of life, and confirmation of the participant’s values and primary interests.
Exercises that reveal a participant’s financial acumen and preparedness. Workshop includes 60-day use of online financial modeler.
Creation of a Life Design plan in three important areas of life, such as future paid or volunteer service, family relationships and leisure activities.
Exploration of opportunities for being fully engaged in civic activities or with volunteer organizations whose mission matches the participant’s values and interests.
Length: 8 hours
Cost: 10 attendees: $245 each
20 attendees: $154 each
21+ attendees: less than $154 each
Complete Series
Topics include:
Orientation, exploration of transitions to a new phase of life, and confirmation of the participant’s values, personality strengths and primary interests.
Exercises that reveal a participant’s financial acumen and preparedness, personal health assessment, and wellness approaches. Workshop includes 60-day use of online financial modeler.
