Design supports people in creating goals and an action plan to plan for the future. These goals are based on the work done in the discover section and you will see goal-setting and using financial tools from a whole new perspective.
Engage introduces participants to resources and opportunities in the community where they can make a difference. Here the invitation to re-design the future takes hold: consider the possibilities of returning to school, beginning an Encore Career, or volunteering at a community organization that exemplifies the passion of the participant.
